#47: TV-out on via SP13000 (vt1623) is incorrectly centered

The tv output of my via sp13000 via s-video int 720x576NoScale is
significantly down and to the right of where it should be on a PAL 16:9
tv. This leaves a good inch of black down the left hand side of the
screen, and while there is no black along the top the image is noticably
 lower than it should be.

This has been reported by a couple of other SP13000 users on the
openchrome list. Is this because the SP13000 uses a vt1623 tv-out chip and
not the vt1622 of the earlier via's? Are the internal modes correct for a
 vt1623?
