Probably Xorg. I don't think ubuntu bother to use experimental drivers 
(openchrome, unichrome) and certainly not VIA, with is pure binary crap, 
requiring forked apps to be of any use.

Something like that should answer for sure :
strings `locate via_drv.so` | grep 'Unknown Card-Ids'

xorg flavor will ask to report to maintainer, openchrome to 
openchrome-users at openchrome.org and unichrome to unichrome-users at sf.net, 
  and VIA probably nothing.

Assuming epia N10000 is similar to M10000, you should be good to go with 
the driver from Xorg.

Just checked, N10000 is a CN400 so you'll need the openchrome driver to 
  take full advantage of your hardware. There should be some binaries 
for Dapper on openchrome.org
