[Openchrome-users] VT1622A output pins

As promised, here are some details on the output pins of the VT1622A:

Pin 10: DAC A: Composite sync
Pin 12: DAC B: R or Pr
Pin 14: DAC C: G or Y
Pin 16: DAC D: B or Pb

Pin 13 is +2.5V (useful for SCART's RGB status) and pins 11 & 15 are ground.

Each of the DACs has some sort of RLC filter, each featuring a 75R resistor 
tied to ground, and 3 capacitors and 2 inductors in some unknown 
configuration. Also, each DAC has a diode pair for protection.
