[Openchrome-users] A warning - mythtv 0.19

I don't often do this - the following is a warning about mythtv version
0.19 (release and svn) and xvmc_vld on cle266 and others.

The backend and ringbuffer streaming code has changed and the result is
a stutter in playback - in my case every 1 min or so. Very annoying. I
went about debugging the problem for 3 days and found many posts
describing the problem and a hundred attempts to work around it.

All of the posters failed to fix the problem and the attempts to log it
as a bug were rejected as users being stupid or having bad hardware or a
bad network.

I just went back to 0.18.2 (nuv file format) and things are smooth
again.

I hope this warning may save others 72 hours of fiddling and
re-compiling.
