The source is mpeg 4, not mpeg 1 or 2, which is what ffmpeg12mc works 
with. There isn't support for XvMC acceleration of mpeg 4 even on the 
few unichrome Pro chips which claim to be capable of it. I'm afraid 
you'll just have to use software decoding for this movie, but at that 
resolution you shouldn't have a problem even on EPIA ME6k or SP8k.
