1622 cos that's what i've got. Should also work on 22a. Should then work on 1625 with a minor tweak to the clock generator.

Just vt1622, or vt1622A/23 as well? I was looking forward to tweaking my 
display a little on my EPIA M-II, even though it's pretty good already, 
so I could get an even better fit...
