[Openchrome-users] yet another gcc-2.96 patch

Hi All,
I can't build current cvs against gcc-2.96:
via_driver.c: In function `VIASave':
via_driver.c:1777: parse error before `*'
via_driver.c:1781: `pPriv' undeclared (first use in this function)
via_driver.c:1781: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
via_driver.c:1781: for each function it appears in.)
via_driver.c:1783: `pVIAEnt' undeclared (first use in this function)
via_driver.c:1784: `hwp1' undeclared (first use in this function)
via_driver.c:1785: `pVia1' undeclared (first use in this function)

The patch is in attachment.
