As far as I can tell this is the number for the entire Northbridge 
chip, equivalent to the marketing name KM400 or KM400A.

This is the number for just the Unichrome part of the Northbridge, 
to distinguish it from the other logic on that chip.

The VT162x are TV-encoders, probably separate chips, not an integral 
part of the Unichrome itself.

Someone please correct me if I've got any of this wrong.
