the correct conf is :
Option "ActiveDevice" "LCD,TV"

Be careful, here LCD actually means laptop panel, anything connected to 
vga out is CRT. Take care also that both output are dependent on each 
other, you won't be able to drive that as 2 different screens, different 
refresh rate, etc...
