to test
1. mkdir -p /usr/local/portage/x11-drivers/xf86-video-openchrome
2. echo "PORTDIR_OVERLAY=/usr/local/portage" >> /etc/make.conf
3.  cd /usr/local/portage/x11-drivers/xf86-video-openchrome
4.  wget 
http://karl.hiramoto.org/gentoo/xf86-video-openchrome-20060912.ebuild
5.  ebuild xf86-video-openchrome-20060912.ebuild digest
6.  emerge -av  xf86-video-openchrome
