[Openchrome-users] Official openchrome release?

Would it be possible for openchome to have some kind of official
release?  Last I saw on the topic was:

I would not really care about having a too formal release process and
backports. Even if it were just svn snapshots it would be great.


Openchrome having a release would help get it into gentoo:
