 It's not a comment, it's generated at build time.
 The confusing thing is: the whole of the svn tree is at version 217, but
 during commits 216 and 217 no changes were made to the unichrome subdir,
 and that is where 'svnversion -nc' is run -- being still the same as at
 revision 215, that's what comes out.  So maybe '../svnversion -nc' should
 be run instead, to prevent future confusion about this.
