Only the 2 patches from 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7671 are needed and they 
still apply. Patches in
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6818 and 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7639 are not needed anymore 
with xorg-xserver-1.3
