Since the 480P resolution I added is the same as 720X480Under for
progressive scan, I'm not sure it is worth having both. Is it valid to
name the progressive scan resolutions with the same name as the
interlaced ones? How do you choose between them in the xorg.conf? (I
wasn't sure about how this would be done so that is why I renamed it
720x480P so there would be no doubt).
Also, I attached a newer patch to the previous email that is worth
someone testing for the NTSC 720x480Over and 720x480Under resolutions.
