Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'm not trying to do 1080 resolution, 
only 1366x768 which I didn't think needed reduced blanking. I can't actually 
get the TV to display anything, it goes to blue screen when X starts.

I read through the thread to see if there were any hints which I could use but 
I couldn't find any. I'll keep looking to see if I can figure it out.
