Ok... Update... Trashed the originally Ubuntu Setup... 

1. Overclocked CPU - now 3.02ghz reliably
2. Reinstalled Kubuntu instead of Ubuntu...
3. Stopped all none vital functions at start up
4. Compile 686 Kernel for Pentiums 3-4
5. Compile Open Chrome Driver
6. Compile DRI modules

New Reading...
1238 frames in 5.0 seconds = 247.526 FPS
644 frames in 5.0 seconds = 128.770 FPS
751 frames in 5.2 seconds = 144.418 FPS
710 frames in 5.0 seconds = 141.996 FPS
756 frames in 5.0 seconds = 151.165 FPS


much lower... maybe i'll restart and post new results... BRB :)
