You probably need to have libdrm-2.3.0 installed.

Try removing the Option "AccelMethod" "EXA" from your xorg.conf.  
Also, attach your full xorg.conf file, unzipped.

That is a log of another 1.3.0 Xserver, not a 7.2.

The lspci program is just informational, nothing depends on it for 
functionality, only the kernel and the drivers determine this.  
Paste the output of 'dmesg | grep -e agp -e drm' into your mail.
