Hi,

I have a K8M890CE chipset
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. K8M890
[Chrome9] Integrated Video (rev 11)
01:00.0 0300: 1106:3230 (rev 11)

and encounter crashes (XServer is killed) for some GL apps (e.g. google
earth).
glxgears opens a black window and closes again without a crash

I'm using the latest openchrome svn.
I tried with and without Load "GLcore", "glx" and "dri" in xorg.conf,
but nothing works.

Last message in Xorg.0.log is
(EE) DoSwapInterval: cx = 0xc48160, GLX screen = 0x83cf10

Output of glxinfo is always the same (with and without xorg.conf options):

I thought at least software OpenGL with mesa should at least work...

Cheers,
Henning
