Known problem, this was fixed last night for some chipsets but 
unfortunately not P4M900. Workaround for now is to set the video ram 
size to less than 128 MB.

There should be not need to set the video ram size in xorg.conf and also 
the size is in KB not in MB. The link you posted for the conf points to 
the logs !
