At first glance, it looks like a nice NVidia style proprietary
binary-only crap, with all the possible GPL violations associated. I'm
even wondering if they've not simply copied the nvidia installer...
This probably only contains source to a wrapper around the binary, so
it's mostly useless. Reverse engineering is prohibited by the license,
so it can only be used with the same methods used by avivo/nouveau driver.
