[Openchrome-users] Scrambeld screens in Ubuntu 7.10 with VN800

It seems that I have the same trouble with my VN800. I've described it
some time ago here:
http://wiki.openchrome.org/pipermail/openchrome-users/2007-October/003677.html
And setting Option "EnableAGPDMA" "false" works for me, now I have no
screen corruptions. The other way that I've found that helps is to
completely disable DRI. While we can't do it in a gentle way with
--disable-dri ./configure switch (
http://www.openchrome.org/trac/ticket/137 ) we still can delete DRM
modules or do some other dirty hack.
But I hope that openChrome developers will fix this bug soon. As far
as I can see, this troubles began since merging experimental branch
with trunk. I can reproduce this bad behavior on 0.2.900 and on
current SVN trunk.
