Maybe some day.  Maybe a year from now.  But no one is working on it 
yet.  At least no one of Openchrome.  Maybe VIA is.

They say they will release some source code soon, and some 
documentation to follow later.  They are not lying, they just... 
don't grasp this whole open-source method yet.
