[Openchrome-users] Diff Refresh Rates for Diff Drivers?

Your TV is connected to the motherboard with an S-Video cable, but are 
you using another output at the same time ?
Take a look at the TV-Out page in the wiki, it might help :

Also, if you need more help, please attach your xorg log (compressed), 
only the xorg conf is not enough.
