[Openchrome-users] PAL output with VIA Chrome9 HC IGP

Hi,

I would like to use my board with P4M900 (VIA Chrome9 HC IGP) without
TV-OUT for watching films on my television so I created VGA->SCART
cable (http://marcus.priesch.at/Linux/XonTV_micro-HOWTO) but I found
limitations. If I try to use necessary modeline:

Modeline "720x576i" 13.5 702 722 785 864 576 580 584 625 interlace -hsync -vsync

it is not working, because log from Xorg shows:

(II) CHROME(0): Clock range:  20.00 to 230.00 MHz

, so this modeline is out from this range with 13.5 MHz. And it's not
everything. It looks that driver does not support interlace mode.


Is it hw limitation or it could be changed in driver ?
