 Actually I am not sure whether X is crashing when KDE tries to use AIGLX
 of whether KDE is in itself crashing. It would seem like it is X since
 turning fo AIGLX then allows KDE to work. I am running KDE4.3 on a laptop
 that has an intel graphics chipset and it doesn't crash there.
