Yuval commented out the line which set DVP1 and DVP2 to on. Because of the
wrong mask in next writeSeq DVP1 and DVP2 never got deactivited, so no
need to turn them on again. This is effectively the same what my patch
does. (Completely stop fiddling with this register.)
Concerning the bits to set:
Have a look at comment20. I tried to explain that the pci-express bus goes
down as soon as the bit for DVP2 gets set. (Set 3C5.2A bit 2 and 3 to on
and PCI-express will be off.)
