Comment:

 I've just added the pci id to the driver, thanks for the report. The
 driver in EPEL is getting old, I'll probably rebuild an uptodate version
 soon (I'm the openchrome maintainer in Fedora and EPEL). Meanwhile, you
 can add the following line to the Device section of your xorg.conf, it
 should bring the panel to life :
 Option "ForcePanel"
