 If you feel interested about this bug I think one more test could beam
 some light on this. You could try

 xrandr -s 800x600[[br]]wine DiabloII.exe -w

 I mean testing that without patch. This could confirm or not my theory
 about "levels" of stability (desktop/game).

 Actually this is quite easy test and I would like to know results if you
 could fine some time to check that.
