 Zajec:
 Yes, as i wrote in comment:36 the problem got triggered by waking up the
 display. Whenever we enable LVDS Ch2 (which is disabled before starting x)
 PCIe stops working.

 And yes, the problem is still not understood.[[BR]]
 1) As i showed in comment:25 PCIe goes down whenever LVDS Ch2 gets
 enabled. But it does NOT come back if i disable Ch2 after that.
 Later, while testing your patches, i found out that PCIe DOES come back,
 when X terminates, i.e. ALL registers are restored to their inital value.
 So there seems more registers involved.[[BR]]
 2) I still have no clue how the second LVDS channel is linked to the PCIe
 bus. (For my understanding there should be no connection)

 The applied patch keeps valid as it is very logical to only re-enable
 those (LVDS) channels which were set before switching the display off. It
 also stops triggering the effect, which is more than welcome ;)
