[Openchrome-users] Second Display Horizontal Offset Bit [13]

The Horizontal offset bit [13] which is located in 3D5.71 register. (bit 
7 there). Is it possible to set it ?

In the function "void ViaSecondCRTCHorizontalOffset(ScrnInfoPtr pScrn)"  
(/src/via_crtc.c +378)  it seems to be purposefully missed out.

Is there any reason for this ?
