 When watching interlaced video from TV, tearing effect appears. xv needs
 to sync frames to produce smooth picture.

 at least on cx700, syncing can be done with hardware. There are registers
 for that. The driver code is missing obviously. I believe that this could
 mabe by looking at the code from working epia xv implementation/vsync and
 just make similar stuff on cx700. I mean someone could do that, I am not
 capable. :-) I can test this of course.
