 904 yields only a refresh rate of ~25.5 Hz while 903 works at ~50 Hz.
 Please find attached xorg.conf and Xorg.0.logs for 903 and 904.

 Related issue: when vrefresh range for "MonitorTv" is set to 56...76, it
 won't validate the 720x576 mode and take 720x480 instead. Shouldn't CRT
 refresh rate be independent from TV out refresh rate?
