 The patch does, indeed, fix the cursor problem.  Thank you!

 Interestingly, after doing some trial and error testing, it seems that
 restoring the video1v_addr fields was enough to fix the problem.  Omitting
 restoration of the video1u_addr fields has no noticeable effect.
