[Openchrome-users] VGA output is disable

Hi Xavier again,
The modeline is copied from working setting with shorter cable.
The mode is added. I see it by VNC. But the CRT output is closed.
The openchrome driver closes CRT output and
xrandr can not open the CRT output because it does not see it.
Wondering if any options exist to say openchrome driver: Don`t close CRT
output.
