[Openchrome-users] xrandr resizing on latest kms_branch

Yep, scaling requires XAtom to be created for things like scaling. I 
didn't implement them yet because I want to get scaling working on KMS 
first so I can make sure that the properties work exactly the same for 
both UMS and KMS. Perhaps I will checkout the xf86 intel driver to see the 
values.
