& C are used for S-Video mode. If you have these outputs, but not RGB/YPbPr, 
then you might find traces for the DAC D filter components and diode pair, in 
which case it shouldn't be *too* difficult to get RGB/YPbPr from the board.

The above information should also apply to the VT1622 and VT1623 (both of 
which have 4 DACs too), and possibly the VT1625 (6 DACs, probably different 
pins to above), but *not* the VT1621 (only 3 DACs).
