[Openchrome-users] [ANNOUNCE] OpenChrome Version 0.5 RC5 released

Hi everyone,

I made multiple commits related to analog VGA output control.
There are probably going to be several more RCs before the release due to OpenChrome users reporting number of regressions during the RC testing period.
I hope RC8 will be the last RC for the Version 0.5 release cycle.
