[Openfontlibrary] Constructor, another Noordzij tool like Kalliculator

Hi,

Wow! Just came across "Constructor," a typeface design tool based on
the calligraphic models of Noordzij, and therefore similar to the
proprietary Kalliculator tool for Mac OS X.
