Are there any standard font mime types? I could not find any in the list of MIME types registered with IANA http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/ I see some ancient suggestions that there should be a top level font/ domain for MIME, but I presume that has not happened http://www.w3.org/Printing/chase.html
