I think the site IA can strongly encourage the top 3 licenses (I
suggest: public domain/CC-0 non-copyleft, OFL weak-copyleft, and
GPL+FE strong-copyleft) while accepting any free license as 'on
request'.

DejaVu for example ought to be in the site.
