Use your favourite editor to create a pdf with the same text as you use
on the web site.  Then extract the resulting subset font.

Or, use a recent ff to print the web site to a printer spool such as
cups-pdf.

(If you use cups, you can even just pause your printer, print and
recover a PostScript or PDF document -- depending on how the spool is
configured -- from your cups spool directory.  Look for files starting
with d.)
