[OpenFontLibrary] @font-face, is it really needed for font preview?

My idea is that we don't need @font-face at all, it is overkill for the
purpose of previewing a font.
Now reading your TUG report, I think PCFP can be used to generate static
previews (either bitmaps or SVG) using a predefined sample text, then
Font Playground is used for dynamic testing of the font.
