I just add the initial e-mail as a FYI.

The points that are important to us are:
1. Ascender recognizes that the Droid fonts are licensed under the
Apache License.
2. Ascender continues to work with Droid (Droid Pro).
3. Ascender might be willing to dual-license the Droid fonts under the OFL.
