[OpenFontLibrary] Contribute logos for permissive font licenses on OFLBv2

I agree with Joshua on this

keep them monochrome along with the rest of the design. As long as it  
is clear what each stands for and is easy to figure out their meaning  
via mouseover, either with a :hover pseudo-class or a title tooltip
