[OpenFontLibrary] Hevetice Neue on the OpenFont site

Irrespective of the mysteries of copyright law (which are precisely  
what I'm trying to avoid by making an OSF anyway), it will have  
obviously different aesthetic "decisions", which are the defining  
factor. And by "decisions", I mean "mistakes".
