[OpenFontLibrary] multiple fonts in a single file

Dfont is even more obscure and I think only works on mac os x systems though
fontforge can open em (and therefore convert)
So we should ignore it.

OK, so there's only ever a single entry in the fonts array? I currently loop
over it so that might be future-proof ;-)
