[OpenFontLibrary] Can I submit a GPL3 + Font Exception font?

Does this mean it is not possible to upload a GPLv3 + Font Exception  
font to the OpenFontLibrary? I have this new GPLv3 + Font Exception  
font and I'm searching for a place to publish it.
