Oh, sorry, I realise that (a) that blog post is from January 14th when
the fonts were originally announced, and that you did link to the OFL
zip on LGW:

This has the SIL OPEN FONT LICENSE Version 1.0 - 22 November 2005 -
and the current version is 1.1 - http://scripts.sil.org/OFL#5667e9e4

I will email Paratype about this.
