[OpenFontLibrary] WHY OFLB IS DOWN

Hi,

As Christopher Adams has explained on Launchpad, OSUOSL has migrated
to a completely new database (the sites were down during that time)
and when they brought the site back up they had trouble importing the
openfontlibrary_test database that the ccHost was using - It's grown
to something like 79GB! Since it will take forever to import, we'll
move to Aiki sooner - Christopher has put up a teaser in the meantime
and the wiki is still live.
