[OpenFontLibrary] New site : Sample Text How to?

How do I choose the sample text that is displayed against a font?

Specifically for http://openfontlibrary.org/font/knots

It would be better to have something that is 'prettier' - eg 

╺╸╶─╼━╾─╴╺╸

Rather than just the first  characters defined by the font.

Likewise, being able to display a proper sampler would be nice - or at least some of the stuff that can be done with the typeface:-

E.g. the Lindisfarne motif:-
